the worst part

March 14th, 2008

you know when you are in love (or at least you think so) for a looooong loooong time.. and you are trying to forget and move on but you just cant? and after all of this time, you realize that you spent six months crying over something that wasn’t worth it? well , that’s the worst part. Realizing that you weren’t happy, you wanted to stay home alone and you were being obsessed about something that just wasn’t worth it.at all. And I ask my self. How could I be so stupid?

oh well. that’s how life is. We are supposed to learn from our mistakes but it seems I can’t learn by my mistakes and keep on doing them.I promised to my self that I am not letting this happen again. I am not falling in love again. I am not feeling enthusiastic for anyone. But I just can’t. Why do we need love to feel complete anyway? Is love overrated? Define love: “biologically no different than consuming large quantities of chocolate”. nah that’s not true. I’ve been eating chocolates for a long time and…. The Dictionary says:

You sound like you are in need of a serious Woody Allen overdose (Annie Hall, Manhattan, Everything you wanted to know about Sex…., Hannah and her sisters) with a dash of Ezra Pound: “Life gives us two minutes, two seasons - / One to be dull in; / Two deaths - and to stop loving and being lovable, / That is the real death, / The other is little besides it.”
