How to be depressed (a.k.a Depression)

From my experience you have to:

1) Sleep lots of hours.Sleep at 5-6am every morning and wake up the next day at around 8pm. Make sure when you wake up to feel sleepy and be able to sleep again if you want to.depression.jpg

2)You are tired.You were sleeping so many hours how are you supposed to feel energetic?

2)Sit on the computer hundreds of hours doing nothing.Try talking to a stranger and telling him all your problems.You will feel relieved but your problems are still there ;a

3)Stay in your pajamas all day

4)Sex is considered a really good anti-depressant. Avoid it! Wank, you will even feel worse.

5)Feel like nobody is giving you attention.Everybody is ignoring you.YOU are a bad person (ugly as well)

6)Eat. Eat everything.anything.Start with maltesers continue with popcorn.What about some chili con carne and then a bit milk with some olives?

7)Is life worth living anyway?

8)Study study study study. (you think you are gonna forget by studying? you’ve got it wrong there pal)

9)Headaches? Migraines? Try paracetamol or ponstan (not too many you might get yourself killed and we definitely don’t want that)

10)What about your friends?where are they?do you have any? Don’t think so..

11) Bad feeling having nightmares and waking up all sweaty huh?

12)Social events are just not your thing. Why would you even want to see people? They don’t like you!

13)Nobody seems to get you. They all think you are over reacting.
